Hounds Heading Down South
CHICAGO, I.L.- In the build-up to the 2023 Major League Rugby season, the Chicago Hounds are excited to announce a pre-season round-robin with Rugby ATL and the American Raptors. The Raptors are a professional rugby team competing in the Super Rugby Americas league.
The three teams will be playing on Friday, February 10th, a conclusion to the Hounds’ week-long mini camp held in Panama City Beach, Florida.
The teams will be playing abbreviated 40-minute matches at Frank Brown Park. Matches are not expected to be broadcasted, but fans from the surrounding areas are invited to watch for free at the park.
The teams will be playing in this order, all times listed are Central Standard Time:
2:00 PM: Rugby Atlanta vs. Raptors
2:50 PM: Chicago Hounds vs. Raptors
3:40 PM: Chicago Hounds vs. Rugby Atlanta
